We are currently looking for Sales Recruiters who can work full-time out of our West Coast corporate office in the Irvine Spectrum.

SALES RECRUITERS
This position requires day to day sourcing and scheduling of candidates for specific clients around the country. This position offers a great opportunity for advancement into Management.

Our ideal candidate must have the following abilities:
?A hands-on, self-starter with a positive attitude, and a team player
?Excellent phone skills and detail oriented.

?Previous recruiting (preferred), sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus.
?Ability to implement and coordinate project requirements from start to finish.
?Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

?Ability to multi task and deadline oriented.

This position is compensated with a negotiable draw (DOE) + monthly commissions, incentives, and excellent benefits. We provide full training; have company recognition and President?s Club.
