Sales Rep

Business Development:
Generate New Business in targeted niche areas with companies who have not done business with PDQ in the past. Increase sales margin for temporary and professional placement for all existing Clients of PDQ. Not limited to but including, Administrative,Financial, Information Technology Support. Increase overall profitability of sales revenues. Plan Sales Strategy for getting new business and penetrating existing PDQ accounts and attend bidder conferences and trade shows. Responding to RFP's and RFQ's in timely manner when received and follow-up on said proposals for responses. Create master prospect lists and follow up with sales and service directors, develop proposals and specific sales presentations for said prospects. Identify, Qualify, Communicate with and continually update top prospects in each major niche. Maintain follow up on all prospects and input all data into TWV. Responsible for making prospect calls, cold calls and service calls. Complete follow up on all sales/ service calls.

Business Integration:
Maintain optimum relationships with Clients.
Partake in networking events i.e.,LA Chamber events and update.
Participate in Sales and Management meetings.
Coordinate with Client Services Team to ensure proper service to all PDQ Clients.
Other duties as necessary to develop staff, business or the company as requested.

Qualifications:
B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent working experience
1-2 years experience in all facets of employment services company
