Staffing Associate

Summary: A Staffing Associate provides customer service and administrative support to the branch office to help the team build and maintain Westaff's client base and talent pool and to ensure efficient, day-to-day operations.

Major Responsibilities Include:

Provide outstanding customer service to clients, prospective clients and associates.
Recruit qualified applicants to help build the branch's candidate pool.
Interview and evaluate applicants to determine their qualifications.
Conduct applicant reference checks.
Process branch payroll.
Maintain complete and accurate client and associate records and weekly activity reports.
Follow established company policies to ensure non-discriminatory and legally compliant and ethical practices.

Minimum Qualifications Are:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast paced work environment.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a winning team.
Functional knowledge of payroll process and office productivity software (e.g., MS Windows, 10-key calculator, etc.).
Strong business ethics and a high level of professionalism.
Two years of college preferred.
