Staffing Manager

As a Staffing Manager you'll recruit & place a variety of professionals--including administrative, clerical, sales, marketing & human resources. You'll be responsible for marketing top professionals to prospective companies. This position incorporates sales, customer service & human resources. We we'll train you to move ahead quickly in this multi-billion dollar industry.

Talent Magnet by Remedy offers a competitive base salary, a generous commission structure, & excellent benefits. Base salary is negotiable, depending on experience, education & stability.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree, & experience in one or more of these related fields: customer service, retail sales or retail management, staffing/recruiting.

We're looking for someone with good communication skills, an outgoing & energetic personality, competitive, & money-motivated.

Possess strong negotiation skills.



Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues and management.



Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing industry.



Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.





Education:



 

Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years of business experience in related field.



Experience:



 

Previous experience in sales position is required.



Proven track record is required.



Retail staffing experience is desired.
