About the position:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our clients through using appropriately skilled temporary employees to fill client job orders.  Management of temporary employees will include responsibility for interviewing, performance evaluations, documenting discipline, and making final decisions on the placement of these employees.  You will service client companies by determining their staffing needs, receiving and promptly filling job orders, and providing excellent customer service.

 

Qualifications: 

Your college degree and/or at least two years of experience in temporary staffing or a related industry will open the door to this great opportunity.  The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, and proficiency in the use of a PC.  Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting IT and Technical positions is preferred.
