We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for our Irvine  location.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying and pre-qualifying direct hire and temp-to-hire Information Technology candidate targets for potential send out to client job openings. Candidate activities include matching technical skills, recruiting, interviewing, coordinating send-outs and closing bookings. The Recruiter conducts assessment interviews including face to face behavioral interviews, technical skill evaluation and new hire orientation. Recruiter is accountable for ongoing professional development including market knowledge about issues that impact technology staffing, technology advancements and self-development of sales and recruiting skills. Interface effectively with internal Account Executives in presenting pre-qualified candidates. Maintain significant involvement in technical networking organizations and events to maintain an effective referral program.

 

KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to successfully interface with candidates
Demonstrated understanding of the corporate environment
Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Network Infrastructure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer Service orientation
Detail orientation with follow through shown in previous job
Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

 

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years directly related business experience
Technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of success
Staffing industry experience required
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
