Technical Staffing Supervisor

Recruiting of engineering, IT and other technical specialists for placement; Using independent judgment and discretion to select and place candidates on contract assignments; Sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checking; Candidate and temporary employee management in cooperation with the customer; and Customer relations and program reporting.

 

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate?s degree or equivalent experience. Two+ years of recruiting experience?including prior supervisory and staffing industry experience?is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required, as is a working knowledge of online recruiting. Must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication ability, and must present a positive and professional image.
