About us



We are one of the nation?s best contingency search firms specializing in the consumer products (apparel, accessories, footwear, cosmetics, hard goods, etc.), retail, accounting/finance and distribution/logistics industries. We are typically vertically integrated with our clients so our recruiters have the opportunity to work on all types of searches in various disciplines (IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) for a given client. We are located in Newport Beach, CA and are in the middle of a major expansion.



We are looking for a star recruiter and researcher to join us and help us grow. The recruiter will handle marketing to current and prospective clients and recruiting candidates, and the researcher will help us source and identify potential candidates and clients. Both positions will entail heavy phone and email use. We are looking for people that are skilled in uncovering those special candidates that no one else knows about. You must be savvy and understand the big picture about how companies operate and why they look to fill certain positions.



You will be well compensated in both positions. We strive to pay the best commissions in the industry. The better you are, the more you will make. If you want to work hard in a fun atmosphere with top talent then this could be the place for you.
