The Position

Our Travel Division is searching for an energetic Travel Contract Specialist to join our team.  The ideal candidate must be a team player, have a passion for building long lasting relationships and a desire to be the best.  To succeed in this position you must have excellent time management & organizational skills, exceptional teamwork skills, and the ability to make decisions.  At least 2 years work experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is preferred.  College degree is also preferred but not mandatory.

Job responsibilities include:

 RecruitmentAbility to build a network recruiting through various sources, internet & referralsInterview and qualify potential healthcare travelers for employmentPerform resume searches to match nursing skills to client needs

 Sales:Consult with clients to provide staffing solutionsResolve client customer service issuesAssist Area Manager in prospecting new business

 Placement:Coordinate the hiring and placement of medical professionalsMatch nurses to open needsNegotiate nurse packageReview agreements with travelerCapture communication and activity into a CRM
