Client located in the state of Missouri has an opening for a Plant Chemist. Client will consider candidates that have experience in industrial or similar plant environment with the ideal candidate having experience in a coal fired power plant. A BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and experience in water treatment systems or applications is required. Position will have responsibility to inspect boiler and water treatment equipment and provide support to plant operations and maintenance departments. Additionally you will direct plant process attendants and train operators in water treatment and process control. Any knowledge of environmental issues and regulations related to coal fired generating stations would be a plus. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
