Director/VP of Human Resources for Oil/Gas Services Company in Colorado

Our client is a national leader in their highly specialized niche market of transporting oil and gas equipment. Due to the rapid expansion of this oil and gas service company, they have an immediate need for a Director/VP of HR. This is a very flat organization of ~250 people, predominately non-exempt staff ? and they don?t play politics

This is a very visible role within the company. You?ll report directly to the COO, who has high expectations and will ensure you are recognized and rewarded for your achievements.

Minimum Requirements:
? Proactive self starter
? Problem solving skills
? Ability to develop professional business relationships based on trust and open communication
? Proven experience as a human resource leader working with a non-exempt staff
? Preference given to those with experience in oil, gas, mining, construction, or trucking industry.
This position will be located in Western Colorado. Relocation assistance will be provided.
