Gas Department Manager

Well established public Energy Services company with sustained growth in Florida seeking a departmental leader for one of its fast-growing Divisions. Will direct a team of 25+ personnel, including several managers, in the installation, maintenance and operations of gas distribution pipe, meters, related equipment and appliances. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills in the areas of motivating others, planning, organizing, and inspiring teamwork to achieve higher levels of performance in a highly competitive market.

 

This division supports 40,000+ customers of which 95% are residential customers. Direct reports include  Training, Measurement, Warehousing, Distribution, and Systems Operations Managers.

 

In addition to ensuring staff is properly trained and safely performing their functions in accordance with company policies and procedures, special assignments, reports and other duties may be required.

 

Background and Experience:

? 10+ years field service experience in the natural gas distribution industry

? 2+ years experience in a Supervisory position

? Record of progression to jobs with increased responsibilities and accountabilities

? Strong focus on safety

? Record of participation in professional development programs

? Associates degree or 60+ hours from accredited institution
