Health, Safety and Environmental Process Safety Management Training Administrator

The Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Process Safety Management (PSM) Training Administrator will work directly with Area Managers, Field Operations, and Maintenance Writers to assist in developing and maintaining procedures, certification requirements, training and competency issues.  This position is responsible for ensuring that applicable PSM regulations are communicated and understood at each facility across the Business Unit.  The incumbent is responsible to make sure that the compliance training delivery and tracking system (TRACCESS) is kept current and maintained for PSM and the Department of Transportation (DOT).  This position is also responsible for maintaining the Operations and Maintenance procedures, including process information and associated training resources.


Accountabilities Include:

Administer the development and electronic maintenance of PSM Operating procedures, system descriptions, drawings, DOT compliance and other supporting resources.
Ensure Management of Change (MoC) and Training Compliance Status reports are communicated to the field and presented at the HSE Leadership meeting.
Ensure development, setup, modification and maintenance of training skill collections, modules, training guides and tests in TRACCESS for various North Slope user groups as needed.
Coordinate the annual recertification of PSM operating procedures.
Administer development and maintenance of online training and evaluation.
Maintain PSM related documents in Documentum (BP database).
Interface with the Mechanical Integrity Coordinator on issues to do with Maintenance training in TRACCESS.
Identify compliance and regulation gaps within the Business Unit and bring to the HSE Team Leaders attention.
Maintain, update and troubleshoot E-book and Greater Prudhoe Bay HSE websites (database management).
Generate and furnish various user reports as requested.
Provide instructions and assistance to field personnel for using the TRACCESS program.
Assist and participate in all PSM internal and external audits.
Attend field safety meetings as schedule permits and interact with management and hourly employees.
Interact and work with the Anchorage Learning and Organizational Development team as needed.


Required Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of HSE PSM Training Administrator applicants must have:

Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer.
The willingness and ability to work a 12-hour day shift with a 1 or 2 week on/off rotational schedule on the North Slope of Alaska.
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years working with computers.
A minimum of 1 year of web development or webmaster experience.
A minimum of 1 year of database management skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working with OSHA, PSM and DOT regulations, standards and their application.


Preferred Qualifications:
In addition to the required qualifications the successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate:

Experience utilizing TRACCESS.
Previous work experience in a PSM covered process.
Previous work experience in a PSM petroleum/chemical facility.
Technical PSM training and/or PSM coursework.
