Midwest Energy Company Seeks Commercial Attorney

Our Client is a diversified energy company located in the Midwest. They are seeking a commercial attorney to handle a variety of agreements including energy agreements.

 



Requirements:

~J.D. Degree

~4-10 years of experience drafting and negotiating agreements

~Energy industry experience is strongly desired

 



Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements including:

~Trading Agreements

~Procurement Contracts

~Energy Management Services Agreements

~Other Non-Energy Agreements
