Process Engineer - Pressure Vessel/PE/Power Plant 90-100 K/yr

**START IMMEDIATELY** Our client who is located in the Gulf Coast area of Florida is actively searching for a Sr. Process Engineer with a PE to join their team as a Consulting Engineer providing technical and operational support to augment power plant technical staff at the company's regulated and wholesale generation facilities. This position focuses on response to major forced outages to expedited return to service of generating equipment, planned major maintenance and equipment overhauls to maximize facility performance and minimize maintenance cost and provide input to plant staff in the development of long range generating equipment maintenance needs with particular focus on operational and plant systems issues and unit performance. This position requires a person with a technical/operations/maintenance background who enjoys being in the field/plant working with plant engineers to solve O & M problems.
REQUIREMENTS: A College degree in mechanical, marine or chemical engineering. A PE with reciprocity in Florida with registration as a Florida PE strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years power plant generation experience with a public utility. At least three years experience in power plant construction, maintenance, operations, or design with extensive experience with ASME boiler and pressure vessel codes and high energy piping. Experience with Pi, Eta Pro, and Gate Cycle a plus. Relocation available.
