Currently, The PAC Group seeks candidates for immediate hire into our Management Consulting practice.  Successful candidates are expected to perform in all of the following areas:  Consulting process, Engagement management, Business development, Project management, People development, Practice management, Knowledge development, Content sharing, and Industry & Competency Management.

Consultant/Analysts should have an Engineering degree (or equivalent experience), be PMI-certified, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business in an engineering-related industry, be fluent in English (both written and verbal), have a proactive and structured approach to problem diagnosis, presentation and solutions.  Must exhibit a high standard of communication and enjoy working on a multi-cultural team.  Shall be proficient in MS Office applications.  A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing database applications (like MS Access) is strongly desired.  Candidates with experience in programming in Visual Basic to support Office applications enhancements are preferred.  Applicants must exhibit an appreciation for overall business needs and have a degree of openness and flexibility to communicate at senior management levels within customer environments.

 

Within the Management Consulting Practice, our team members exhibit and develop Management Consulting attributes and behaviors.  They support business development opportunities/activities, and strive to develop capabilities /support team members to progress through the Management Consulting levels.  Above all, our team members strive to satisfy our clients continuously through exceeding expectations.  Team members have excellent knowledge of the Project Management Office development and implementation process, and can either lead or support such an effort within a client environment.  Our people enjoy challenges and are passionate about finding solutions that align with the customer's needs.  They are able to accurately analyze data and translate data into meaningful information and reports.

 

Project Schedulers:  Duties include schedule development, schedule / team updates, PMO "dashboard" reporting and other PM consulting activities.  Planner/Schedulers are expected to regularly prepare presentations and facilitate meetings.  Candidates shall be experienced in the discipline of project management, and they should have prior successful working experience with either Primavera or Microsoft Project.  Should have a solid track record of successfully working between various departments in an engineering / owner environment such as utility, construction.  Those candidates with an IT background are welcomed to apply.
