Sales Support Specialist

Perm Position in Meriden CT.  The company develops, delivers and supports solutions for nuclear plants, laborratories and homeland security programs throughtout the world.  With manufacturing and engineering centers in five countries, extensive product support and application engineering on three continents and service facilities around the globe, we deliver cost effective and localized safety and security measeurement solutions for our customers nuclear requirements.  You will be provide technical sales support via telephone and email including preparation of product sales quotations to the sales force and our customers.

 

BS Degree in physical science or business and experience with applications involving Canberra equipment. Canberra instruments, detectors, etc. instruments from Thermo Electron or Ortec.

 

Experience as a solution provider in a high tech or instrumentation company, excellent verbal and written communication skills, PC Proficiency, good analytical problem solving skills, strong organizational and time management skills.  Ability to multi-task and manage solution proposals to completion.  Familiary with commerical transactions.  Familiarity with Health Physics concepts or instrumention, detection products or homeland security.  About Hudson Energy
