We have an immediate need for a Manager of Transmission for Operations and Maintenance located in Atlanta, GA. Primary responsibilities of this position include: Establishing section policies, procedures and standards, and manages overall activities of the section; Managing all operations and maintenance personnel to meet load requirements and ensure system reliability for transmission assets; Managing the 24 X 7 Transmission Monitoring Center and OASIS and associated staff; Representing Company on various regional and national committees involving operation and maintenance of the transmission system; and on 24-hour call for emergency system restoration including management of resources and materials. A BS degree in electrical engineering and at least eight years of related experience is required. This company has excellent benefits. Relo is available for the right candidate.
