Environmental Laboratory Technician (field and lab)

Are you looking for an environmental related position working in the field and the lab? We have an immediate opportunity for a Laboratory Technician in the environmental field in the LA County area!

-Sampling and analysis of water reclamation plants samples for process control and NPDES permit requirements.
-Testing includes: colorimetric, gravimetric, titrimetric and other classical wet chemistry techniques.
-Other testing includes indicator organism microbiological methods.

-Bachelor of Arts or Science in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology or related field with two years of chemistry including laboratory courses.
-Physical ability to perform field-sampling.
-Valid California driver''s license.

**Hours and Locations: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Forty hours per week including mandatory weekends and holidays.
