CEO - take over a successful, growing consulting company, drive it to the next level, possible IPO

Your main focus will be on ensuring the success of our current efforts to build out our business development channels -- we have grown past the stage at which personal networking is enough, although it always will be a key channel -- and be a prime mover in pursuing and closing deals.

To be a good fit for this opportunity you'll have a proven track record of closing deals related to services (preferably operations and/or IT services) with manufacturers and distributors in the consumer products industry, ideally in the mid-market ($100 million to $1 billion) range. We're looking for a C-level executive at a company comparable to ours who has a broad and well-established network in the consumer products industry. You'll also need a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), an astute sense of business, an entrepreneurial flair, and the ability to develop knowledge in the hot areas of information technology.

While we are not at liberty to disclose our company name until you have been fully qualified, we are a multimillion-dollar company with about 30 employees who create value in organizations through technology. Our target clients are middle market companies in the consumer products and retail areas, with a focus on multi level marketing organizations. Our primary practice areas are IT Improvement, Systems Integration, and Business Process Improvement.
