Director of Sales - Western Region

Overview:

This position will report directly to the President. The Director role will play a critical role in the growth of the business by managing, recruiting, training, and motivating a staff of 6 to 10 remote sales professionals.

 

Job Description:

? Manage and motivate a team of 6-10 sales professionals that work from remote offices throughout the territory

? Manage and measure all sales related activity, pipeline and revenue forecasting

? Recruit, retain, motivate and coach high performance sales professionals

? Develop strategic relationships that will ensure sales success and promote customer and partner visibility

? Active participation and leadership in strategic direction of the firm

 

Requirements Include:

? The right person for this opportunity will possess a high level of energy, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is a person that expects high standards and integrity from those on their team

? 7-10 years of proven and verifiable success in developing and managing sales professionals in remote locations

? Experience in developing a recruiting and training plan for new hires and promoting retention

? Successful record of managing a team selling technical business solutions

? Minimum of 50% travel expected

? Bachelors degree

? Knowledge of 3D MCAD and PLM solutions is a plus
