JOB DESCRIPTION

Pioneer is seeking a Director or Sales and Marketing that will be responsible for the re-engineering of a new division of this corporation with a focus on marketing and brand development. Already possessing experience and knowledge in the plumbing fixture industry, he/she will be in charge for the planning and execution of tactical field marketing activities to drive end user conversions in the plumbing and industrial channels of distribution. This position requires a very creative and well-organized individual who can develop, institute, and manage marketing programs with an external focus.

Primary responsibilities include establishing a national faucet advertising program, overseeing the branding initiative, development of customer-based literature and sales tools. In addition, this creative thinker must not only have established knowledge of the plumbing fixture industry, but also excellent communication skills in order to develop and nurture important marketing relationships both within and outside of the industry. This candidate must be a strong, positive representative of the company and a hands-on self starter who can work well in an entrepreneurial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Branding of the corporation and products
? Aid in the development and execution new product design
? Create marketing campaigns for the launch and introduction of new products and promotions
? Coordination of marketing events, promotions and new account targeting
? Obtain information from customers for the analyze of sales performance and opportunities
? Coordinate maintenance of web-site and other advertising campaigns
? Develop new client presentations and attend key presentations
? Acts as a liaison with Sales providing marketing support and insight on national accounts.
? Develops and maintains relationships with industry professionals as well as identifying networking opportunities in the plumbing fixture industry.

REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
? Must be a team player
? MBA is highly recommended
? At least 3-5 years in marketing manager or director role within the plumbing fixture industry
? Must have excellent creative, communication and MS PowerPoint presentation skills
? Must possess strong leadership and consensus building experience as well as strong planning and project management skills
? Proven track record in developing new product strategies and markets
