Required Education/ Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Typically has 8 to 10+ years of IT work experience, including at least 5 years with major consulting organization

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

? Able to perform all duties and responsibilities at Project Manager level

? Manages multiple projects/engagements at once

? Responsible for overall account/client relationship

? Ensures integrity and success of multiple projects at a given client

? Creates and nurtures executive relationships at clients.

? Identifies, qualifies, and engages direct sales force on new service opportunities at clients.

? Creates and manages an accurate project schedule and budget through project lifecycle for multiple projects

? Completes and communicates accurate status reports and vital signs for multiple projects

? Manages issues/risks for multiple projects

? Champions/enforces prudent methodology implementation and innovation

? Manages expectations for resource skill assignments with start and end dates, utilization levels, and projections of revenue forecasts for multiple projects

? Provides project team mentoring and evaluates team member performance for multiple projects

? Manages large sales proposal pursuit team efforts

? Performs project QAs

For People Focused Role:

? Owns performance management process for assigned employees

? Performs advisory role and evaluates direct report's Annual Performance.

? Reviews and helps deliver Project Evaluations with Account Managers in a timely and effective manner

? Develops and delivers Midyear Evaluations in a timely and effective manner

? Develops and delivers Annual Evaluations in a timely and effective manner

? Leads/holds regular meetings with direct reports

? Assists with resource management

Preferred Industry specific Tools/ Knowledge:

? Microsoft Project Professional
? Windows SharePoint Services
? MS Office Professional
? Visio
? Requisite Pro (or other professional requirements management tool).
? Experience with both traditional (waterfall) SDLC methodologies and contemporary iterative methodologies (RUP, Agile, Scrum, XP, etc.)
? PMP Certification (desired, not required
