Department Description: This is the Enterprise Engineering Group for the Motorola Networks and Enterprise division. We are considered a lead innovator within Motorola for engineering enterprise products and technologies. We develop products and services on the cutting edge of unified communications and Motorola's Seamless Mobility vision. We solve real-life business problems using a platform model for our hardware and software solutions. Our goal is to dramatically improve the way the people in businesses communicate and collaborate by making the mobile computing and communications experience equal to or better than that of the desktop. We bring the office to the mobile enterprise worker.

Responsibilities/Expectations: We need an enthusiastic, energetic and driven program manager, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing 3rd party technical partners focused on the engineering deliverables of a product cycle. As part of our program management team you will be responsible for building program and staffing plans that synchronize many delivery schedules and ensure all contributors are able to deliver within the required timeframe. This position will require you to think/ plan strategically, analyze risks and proactively implement mitigation plans, successfully manage multiple projects concurrently, make decisions both independently and collaboratively, and drive collaboration on cross-group activities.

We?re looking for someone with proven product cycle experience, good oral and written communications skills, and the ability to lead and motivate others.

Responsibility Summary:

? Tracks project progress & manages schedules
? Analyze program risks and proactively develop and implement mitigation plans
? Prepares project related presentations and status reports
? Manages technology partners as part of the extended product team
? Effectively leads groups to achieve their maximum potential
? Communicate business challenges and project strategy to team members and partners
