Executive Pest Control Manager
Job Purpose:
Directing dynamic growth in our pest control division through implementation of sales strategies while maintaining customer requirements.
Duties:
Maintains sales and field staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and oversee the training of employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; Establishing and enforcing goals, as well as, policies and procedures.
Achieves financial objectives by establishing and enforcing sales team goals while controlling costs.
Complies with legal requirements by enforcing company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional associations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Established Pest Service Company has been in business in Arizona since 1990. We are a full service pest control company. The integrity of our company, from owners to field teams, is unsurpassed in our industry. Our Termite Pre-treat Division currently services many of the states top ten builders. Our General Pest Division is comprised of commercial and residential which covers a large portion of the valley. We are very excited about our dynamic growth plans for 2006!

Compensation Package
65K+ base salary with year end bonus, company vehicle, Medical benefits, 401K, and vacation time.
