Trident Dental Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager with the skills and confidence to be a part of a high-performance team. As a Service Operations Manager you will provide management and leadership for the operations and infrastructure of the Diagnostics Department. This key leadership role will be an integral part in ensuring the development of new strategies, systems and processes integral to the effective and efficient achievement of the business objectives.  Position requires strong people skills.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of business experience. BS degree required.Strong operations and planning knowledge.Strong business acumen.Management accountability.Previous senior operations management experience with solid human capital management experience.Must be a superior communicator able to model behavior, challenge processes, and encourage superior performance. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a constantly changing daily environmentMust have analytical aptitude; be able to focus on key priorities.Must be results oriented.Must have the ability to render decisions based on objectivity and facts while exercising good judgment.Multiple department management experience required.Will have the ability to monitor and schedule projects and be able to provide client resolution to issues.Dental Industry experience a plus but not necessary.
