Major Position Roles and Responsibilities(2nd shift):
?? Active member of the OFT Process Team.
?? Manages production area to accomplish OFT Process Team goals such as safety, quality and customer service.
?? Provides coaching and direction to production hourly teams for: training, technical support, continuous improvement, problem identification and solution.
?? Communicates issues to and from production hourly teams to the OFT Process Team.
?? Enforces all work rules and attendance regulations.
?? Answers grievances. Represents management during labor relations processes.
?? Maintains a proactive working environment through ongoing communication to/from employees and union representatives.
?? Data input.
?? Support and participate in a team-based environment.

Key Competencies:
?? 4 year college degree required.
?? Supervisor experience (or equivalent) required minimum 4 years.
?? Must be a team player.
?? Strong leadership and communication (written & oral) skills.
?? Mechanical aptitude, good PC skills. Electrical experience helpful.
?? Experience in a union environment preferred.
