Program Executive

Job Description Lead and integrate product development programs for RITUXAN and next generation anti-CD20 products.

Develop integrated product development plan and ensure we are maximizing resources to efficiently develop commercially successful products.

Lead cross-functional development team; Ensure timely and adequate functional input to key decisions. Prepare the joint governance committees for key decisions.

Manage execution of stage gate contracts; solicit functional input to develop targets and timelines, provide timely feedback on progress, and develop solutions to ensure we hit set targets.

Manage and influence development across a collaboration.

Qualifications
10+ years experience in the biotech/pharma business.

Experience in leading cross-functional product development teams; the ability to lead and manage a cross functional team is critical.

Business skills/knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry

Experience project management of marketed products

Demonstrated influencing/negotiating skills

Education
BA/BS in life sciences; PhD/MD preferred; MBA or similar post-graduate training a plus
