Senior Territory Sales Manager

We currently have an immediate opening for a Senior Territory Sales Manager overseeing our Hot Springs, Arkansas facility.

The Senior Territory Sales Manager is accountable to the Region Manager for achieving territory sales volume, profitability and margin goals. This incumbent is responsible for overseeing the day-to day output from the territory including: key account sales and service, cold drink and fountain sales and service, providing a high level of customer service to existing accounts, analyzing the customer base within the territory and identifying potential major sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include implementing high quality training programs for route sales, providing timely and accurate sales forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities and creating a supportive selling environment with the territory. The applicant must be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. These skills will be used to access, interpret, and analyze aggregated sales data to develop business plans for each customer/business channel.


For successful performance in this position, the incumbent will possess 7 — 10 years of sales experience performing in a fast- paced highly competitive environment. This incumbent is required to possess strong oral and written communication skills, superb presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. The incumbent must also possess strong analytical/mathematical skills and solid computer skills. A Bachelor's degree is considered a plus.
