We are currently seeking a Vice President, Retail Transactions to join our Accounts Management Group located in Prospect Heights, IL or Pomona, CA.

VICE PRESIDENT, RETAIL TRANSACTIONS - Prospect Heights, IL or Pomona, CA

Responsibilities:
Manage the activities of a team of transaction managers, each with geographic responsibilities, while also being responsible for a geographic region of their own
Manage a network of third party brokers to assist in site selection, negotiating leases, real estate portfolio management, financial analysis, as well as interfacing with key decision makers in the business units
Report on the progress of the team

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; Graduate degree preferred but not required
Minimum of 5 to 7 years retail transaction experience
Direct experience managing professional staff
Strong negotiation skills as well as experience sourcing deals
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
This position will require 30% to 50% travel
