Business Development Analyst

The Business Development Analyst serves as the primary support for Hamilton Lane?s marketing professionals. Responsibilities include handling all data-related activities for the business development department, including maintaining the database systems, drafting of request for proposals, creation of marketing materials and data manipulation and analysis.

 

Essential Job Functions:
? Maintenance of the existing marketing database

? Creation and upkeep of marketing materials

? Compilation of proposals and RFP/RFI responses which is comprised of gathering information, proofreading, editing, data manipulation/verification and formatting

? Conducting specialized research projects

? Gathering and producing activity reports on the Business Development Professionals


Necessary Qualifications:
? 1-2 years work experience in a financial industry setting preferred.
? College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.)
? Strong written and oral communication skills

? Strong quantitative/analytical skills

? Ability to work independently
? Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Must be detail oriented and organized and able to handle multiple assignments.
? Ability to operate in a high pressure environment
