CFO - Chief Financial Officer

Bell Automotive Products, Inc has created an impressive platform poised for expanded revenue opportunities through organic growth, expanded distribution channels, innovative new products and additional acquisitions.

 

Key Accountabilities include:

? Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

? Responsible for defining, implementing, and managing a system of financial reporting and controls that provides quality information on a timely basis to company management, the board of directors, investor groups, and relevant agencies.

?Develop detailed budgets and forecasts and play a key role working with the CEO in developing and implementing the company?s strategic plan.

?  The successful candidate will proactively influence the executive management team and the direction for strategy and tactical operations. He/she will interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.

?  Partner with the CEO to actively assess opportunities for maximizing shareholder returns.

 

The successful candidate MUST possess the following traits, attributes and experiences:

?  Prior successful progressive experience as a Chief Financial Officer.

?  Proven leadership as a CFO in the sale of a company and acquisitions.

?  Operational experience and comprehension of manufacturing in Asia and offshore including factory owned and/or joint venture relationships.

?  Experience in the distribution of products to mass market channels preferred.

?  Mature, strategic, and seasoned finance executive with a highly disciplined approach to financial reporting and profitability. This individual must be able to quickly develop an understanding of the organization?s operational characteristics, business drivers and culture. The individual should also be an inspiring leader and thought partner to the CEO as well as an independent and creative business thinker who possesses a high degree of integrity.

?Strong hands-on accounting experience, particularly with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll accountability. Experience in developing and implementing accounting, tracking and reporting systems important.

?Proficient at analytics and financial modeling.

Education:

CPA, with undergraduate degree

Minimum 10 years relevant experience
