Cost/Controller Manager

Shultz Foods is a locally owned and operated manufacturer of pretzels.  We operate a 24/7 fast paced environment.

 

We are presently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a newly created position in our finance department.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

 

Acquire and display corporate metrics for each department against a goal or standard.  Request solutions from managers where needed.

 

Develop measuring systems of profitably for each account and potentially each customer order.  Report as deemed necessary by department.

 

Develop departmental budgets to meet goals established with the GM.

 

Provide pricing for the National Sales Manager utilizing the pricing module developed by Herbline.

 

Work with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing plans and strategies.

 

Work with purchasing to reduce costs as opportunities and issues are realized.

 

The salary is negotiable with experience.
