The Credit Specialist II is responsible for reviewing loan requests and making loan recommendations according to corporate guidelines and up to approved authority limits.? Relies on limited experience and judgment to?accomplish goals.? The Credit Specialist II works under general supervision.? A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.? May review loan requests for an alternative loan program to ensure that the?requests meet requirements of outside vendors.? May interface with sales staff, Home Office credit personnel or other business partners.? May assist center management in training Credit Specialists.? Monitors daily workload and offers assistance when needed.

1.? Education

??????????? Bachelor's degree (coursework in Business preferred) or equivalent related experience

2.? Experience

??????????? 3-4 years related work in sales and finance (Consumer Finance preferred)

??????????? Customer service experience and strong real estate background

?
