Finance Manager (Brand New Position!)

We currently seek an experienced Financial Analyst to act as Finance Manager for our Cypress office.  The chosen candidate would be responsible for routine data management and reporting as well as managing a staff of 4 financial analysts.

 

Primary responsibilities include:
Staffing
Coaching the team and handling one on one meetings
Conducting annual reviews
Assigning workload to analysts
Performing ad hoc analysis
Attending meetings and giving presentations



Demonstrated experience working in the healthcare industry is required as well as a background in Finance. Management experience is required, as is experience working with data management. Computer proficiency is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required, and an MBA or CPA is preferred.
