Financial Reporting Analyst

The Financial Reporting Analyst position will be responsible for Financial Reporting activities as well as maintenance of the reporting models. This position will report to the Finance Manager and is responsible for Corporate Reporting Packages, Company Metrics, Internal Reporting Packages, & various ad hoc reports. Duties include but are not limited to: •Create & Distribute Internal Reporting Package. •Manage monthly Metrics Reporting Package. •Maintain a directory and calendar for all Financial Reporting. •Work with Accounting & Finance to coordinate reporting changes •Work as overflow for Profitability & Commission Analysis •Prepare various ad hoc requests.

Qualifications :
Education and Experience: •3+ years experience in Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis •Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance •Previous industry experience is a plus. •Must have strong PC (Excel, Access, Word), verbal, and oral communication skills. •Must be detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in cross-functional teams. •Must have excellent analytical and system skills.
