Financial and Risk Management Analyst

Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the risk management policies, procedures and programs, assisting with recommending and implementing capital policy and procedure, and various financial modeling activities. This role will also have responsibility for performing ad-hoc financial analysis, participation in the annual planning process, and broad support within the Finance Department, as well as assisting the Treasury Department with various Cash Management, and Insurance related projects.

"? Develops and maintains the risk management policies, procedures and programs.
"? Coordinates with other ATC entities in the establishment of various risk management programs.
"? Development of financial modeling for long-term cash flow and financial projections.
"? Provides qualitative and quantitative analysis for scenario analysis.
"? Supports capital program through review of proposed projects and project budget.
"? Provides financial competitive analysis for senior management.
"? Performance measurements, competitor analysis, review of industry trends.
"? Assists with Treasury and Insurance functions.
"? Assists other Finance Team members as needed with a variety of projects.
"? Process development and continuous improvement
"? Assists with the annual planning and forecasting process, development of tools, analysis of variances and communication both internal and external.

Required Skills:
Education:
"? Bachelor"&tm;s degree in finance or accounting.

Experience:
"? Minimum 3-5 years professional work experience in risk management, finance, planning/forecasting and financial modeling. Utility or construction industry experience is a plus. Demonstrated financial skills, i.e.: discounted cash flow modeling, performance measurements, planning and forecasting and capital allocation review and control. Demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet applications, e-mail, word processing, database and similar software. Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with a minimum of direction. Demonstrated ability to interface with senior executives and strategic thinkers.
