Come join a growing organization and grow with us.  Seeking an experienced, mature individual to manage the organization-wide business analysis of financial condition.  The position will collect, analyze and report the financial information, business trends and issues to support the tracking of organizational performance, with overall identification of organization?s financial health, and business development progress.

 

Requirements:Bachelor?s degree or equivalent with either MBA or CPA.10 years financial and business experience.  Multi-national and multi-sourcing experience preferred.Demonstrated technical skills and experience in financial planning and analysis as well as business strategy and market development.Ability to design and implement sophisticated enterprise business modeling techniques.Experience with business process analysis and redesign of work flow.Quantitative and analytical experience in computer applications for financial management.Familiarity with/knowledge of balanced scorecard methodology.Ability to work and succeed in a very high paced and dynamic environment.  High energy level:  comfortable performing multifaceted projects and with competing priorities in conjunction with day-to-day activities.Participative collaborative style advocating team concepts.  Strong service, consultative and partnership skills.Technical proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook; internet and database management Strong written and oral communications skills.
