Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and other related reporting. Analyze actual results against planned objectives. Assist other areas in preparation of statistical reporting. Prepare and analyze emerging financial and operational trends of the Region functions. Provide rationale for various variance reports. Provide leadership in process improvement initiatives. This position will interact heavily with other Regional departments which include Business Operations, Technical Operations, Marketing, Call Center, Sales, Government Affairs and MIS. Responsibilities include supporting decision making and tracking operating performance. This role is responsible for coordinating the monthly closing process of the Regional shared services. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
At least 4-6 years of cable system or similar experience in accounting, operations analysis and financial analysis. Candidates will have excellent verbal, written and analytical skills. Knowledge of cable customer billing systems is a plus, preferably CSG/ICOMS. Must be highly proficient in database, and spreadsheet applications. BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or the recognized equivalent in work experience; MBA in Finance strongly preferred.
