We are currently seeking a Real Estate Research Analyst to join our growing team in Scottsdale, AZ.

 

Real Estate Research Analysts are responsible for researching market data, conducting field research and creating supporting exhibits for feasibility analyses.  Analysts utilize primary and secondary data sources to gather and synthesize information to draw meaningful conclusions.  Analysts generally communicate their findings verbally and through exhibits created in Excel and Word.

 

Qualifications:

 

? Bachelor?s Degree required;

? 1-3 years of experience in the residential real estate industry or related field needed;

? Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Word required;

? Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines required;

? Ability to travel preferred.
