Regional Finance Director, Sports & Entertainment

ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment Services, Inc., a subsidiary of ARAMARK Corp, is a leading provider of food, lodging, recreational activities, and merchandise services to more than 90 million people annually at over 200 facilities in the United States. We serve amphitheaters, convention centers, national and state parks, sports stadiums and arenas, and zoos.
We are currently seeking a Regional Finance Director for the Pacific Region of the Stadiums & Arenas division of ARAMARK Sports & Entertainment.  This position is based in Anaheim, CA.  As Regional Finance Director you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating potential investments, acquisitions or divestitures as they relate to the business units' financial objectives. Other responsibilities include supervision of the financial analysis staff, providing financial advice to regional and business unit management team on existing business, forecast and budget, and monthly operating results. Provides recommendations based on analysis and interpretation of statistics of current and future operations. The RFD also will direct compliance. The RFD reports to Regional Vice President, also based in Anaheim.


Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of finance and accounting experience. MBA or CPA is preferred. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulation is required. The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public is required. The ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference is required. Must have good knowledge of applicable statutes, laws, rules, and regulations. Requires management and leadership skills in addition to good planning and organization skills. Experience in a hospitality environment preferred.
