Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, one of the fastest growing companies in the US and a managed health care provider in Phoenix, is looking to add an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to their staff.  Great offices in a nice Phoenix area and lots of opportunities for growth are just a few benefits of working with this corporation.

 

Requirements:

- B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance.

- A minimum of 2 ? 4 years of forecasting, variance analysis and spreadsheet modeling.

- Must have the ability to work independently and mentor other staff.

- Experience in a managed health care environment is preferred, but not needed.

- Experience with Great Plains is a plus, but not necessary.

 

 

Duties:

-Assists in the coordination and preparation of budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance reporting, and financial analysis.

-Designs and develops complex system models.

-Assists in the development of business center pricing for all new business proposals.

-Gathers data to assist in evaluating the anticipated ROI on all new projects.

-Assists with efforts to streamline business center activities on company wide operations and coordinate with appropriate departments.

-Anticipate the impact of business center activities on company-wide operations and coordinate with appropriate departments.
