Sr. Manager, Consolidations and External Reporting

Amkor Technology is currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Consolidations and External Reporting for our Chandler, AZ office. The primary function for this position is to manage the consolidation and financial reporting process. Under this responsibility, financial packages will be submitted from foreign and domestic locations and then analyzed and utilized to complete the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated corporate financial statements. The consolidated financial statement process also includes preparing consolidated level reports for various purposes, such as board-level presentations, capital expenditures monitoring and debt compliance calculations. In addition, this position assists with the 10-Q and 10-k SEC reporting requirements and the external and internal audit processes. This individual will work closely with the SEC Director in researching and applying technical accounting standards.

Required Qualifications:

 

This position requires a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting and 5+ years of related experience, a CPA is preferred.
