Treasury Manager

Our client, a publicly traded retail and distribution corporation, is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team as Treasury Manager.  This Person will oversee a staff of four and will report in to a Director of Tax and Treasury. 

 

Areas of responsibility will include the following:

 Cash Management ? Consolidates daily cash position and initiates pre selected investments or draw downs on revolving lines of credit.Prepare Quarterly Cash Flow forecast.Debt Management ? Calculates, records and initiates payment for interest on varying debt facilities.  Maintains and calculates debt covenant compliance.  Performs day to day management of revolving credit facility, including all reporting and audits. Provides support and analysis on all new financing transactions.Employee Benefit Plans ? Performs day to day record keeping on medical and pension plans.  Prepares annual financial statements and manages the external audits.  Along with Director of Tax & Treasury maintains ERISA compliance and prepares annual budget.  Co manages plan with Human Resources Department..Insurance/Risk Management ? Records monthly activity on self insured risk management program.  Supports the Risk Management Department.Banking Relationship ? Along with Director of Tax & Treasury, maintains day to day banking relationship.

 

Requirements: Four year degree, CPA preferred. Previous Treasury experience required.Excellent people skills with previous departmental management experience.Experience with communication at all levels of management.Excellent technical skills.
