As an AVP CollectionManager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing activities for a major function or unit within a department. You'll recommend and implement specific procedures to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of services; establish operational policies, technological support systems and budgets; and make recommendations for capital expenses and production/service improvements. You may also assist in the long-term strategic planning for your section.


Four years plus of operational and managerial experience
In-depth knowledge of the type of products and services handled by your section
Proven interpersonal, team-orientated skills
Experience in production, client services, project and risk management
Broad knowledge of the JPMorgan Chase organizational structure
Ability to communicate with department managers to facilitate operations
Experience in financial management
