Assistant Bookkeeper:

Summary of Responsibilities:

 

In this role, you will check and verify records, prepare invoices and vouchers, post ledger and general journal entries, and balance accounts payable and receivable records.  You will also input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. 

You will report to the senior bookkeeper.

 

You will ensure the completeness and accuracy of data on accounts.  Requirements include high school diploma, three years experience, a knowledge of general accounting principles, and strong recommendations.
