Assistant Trust Administrator

You will act as primary contact with clients for problem resolution, account operation issues, statement issues coordinating with internal/ external sources to resolve those issues.  Maintain customer files including account opening and closing, system maintenance and completion and distribution of appropriate forms.  Process all requests for fund transfers, distributions, asset transfers, bill payment and other money movement requests.  Prepare correspondence including customer statements, tax letters, special reports, letters, memos and other correspondence as requested.  Schedule appointments, prepare expense reports, research account information, prepare special reports, maintain funding/follow-up file, review daily trail balances.  For Personal Trust Administrative Assistants at level II, assume relationship management responsibilities as directed by the Personal Trust Relationship Managers.  Specialized skills include: Multi-Line telephone, typing 50 wpm, filing, 10-key, customer service, PC Skills/ word processing.  Technical skills: PC, Software programs MS Word and Excel.
