CDF Account Manager, Recreational Vehicles

Job Purpose
As an Account Manager for Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF), you will be leading the customer service activities and a team of customer service representatives for various accounts within the CDF portfolio. You will be the primary contact for new and existing CDF programs and services, developing and strengthening these very critical relationships.

Essential Functions

Manage a team of individuals who have responsibility for the portfolio control process for assigned accounts through effective and efficient use of the Portfolio Control Subsystem and complete daily work queue generated within this system

Identify high-risk and problem accounts, developing action plans for managing these accounts with reporting responsibilities to management

Schedule and coordinate Bank Deposit Reviews, Home Office Audits, and complex floorchecks as needed

Lead the review and management of credit line requirements for assigned accounts

Manage over-line situations and form action plans with Credit and Corporate Risk Management

Work with Corporate Risk Management, Sales, Credit, and Legal to ensure portfolio quality and consistency of portfolio management and resolution of related customer issues

Be available to travel on short notice to resolve urgent customer service and portfolio issues

Perform credit analysis on portfolio, including financial trends, operational controls, collateral status, management abilities, industry trends, and overall risk acceptability

Manage buyout procedures for new and existing customers including inventory verification, program negotiation and implementation, proper documentation, and credit approval process

Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 2 years experience in Credit or Operations

An understanding of operations, legal, financial and accounting principles

Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
