Human Resources Associate

The Human Resources Associate provides a variety of reception and administrative support to the Human Resources team. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting applicants and associates, conducting pre-employment testing, scheduling interviews, creating correspondence and producing various reports. Other administrative duties include answering departmental phones, sorting and distributing mail, filing and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience, preferably in Human Resources, customer service, or administrative environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access and Internet Explorer

Excellent time management, follow through and organizational skills

Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment handling multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy

Previous experience in human resources is a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred

Previous experience with an applicant tracking system preferred
