Investment Operations

Facilitate trade execution of mutual fund activity via NSCC/Fundserv and direct with fund companies.
Accurate and timely processing required of equity and fixed income trade files, pricing, ACH, Check remittance and internal general ledger files. Process client,advisor and manager directed activity with sub-custodian/broker relationships.
Execute daily quality review of trade, check and ledger activity.
Responsive research, resolution and interface with reconciliation unit required for trade variances, cash and security balance issues.
Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, fund representatives and portfolio management.
Ability to adopt continuous process improvement mindset in rapidly changing, fast paced environment.
Provide cross-trained surge resource for other operational activities as needed.
Basic Candidate Qualifications:
3-5 Years Financial Services/Operations Experience
Strong working knowledge of various security types - Equities, Funds, Bonds.
Strong PC skills (Excel, Word)
Proven problem-resolution and decision-making skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines in productive work environment.
Multi-task oriented.
Extremely flexible and adaptable to change.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
NASD Series 7 License
Bachelors Degree
5-7 Years Financial Services/Operations Experience
High level knowledge of various security types - Equities, Funds, Fixed Income.
APL/Checkfree experience.
TNET experience.
Strong PC Skills (Excel, Word)
Solid Customer Focus.
Proven problem-resolution and decision-making skills.
